Love Zuri is a heartfelt family drama inspired by the real-life journey of a father learning to understand and connect with his autistic daughter. Omar and Sarai are loving parents doing their best to navigate life with five-year-old Zuri, a bright, curious girl whose autism shapes the way she experiences the world. When Sarai leaves for a work trip, Omar is left to care for Zuri on his own for the first time—something he’s quietly feared he might not know how to do “right.”
But during a moment that startles them both, something unexpected happens: Zuri communicates through song, revealing a hidden bridge between her world and his.
